National News- Citizens were shocked to see a man's body lying dead in Preah Sihanouk:

The body of a Chinese man was found lying dead on a cart and left in the middle of a field near the commercial market in the central town of Preah Sihanouk. The shocking incident occurred at nearly 6 pm on February 14, 2025 in front of the Sikang Iyan Private Hospital in Sangkat No. 2, Preah Sihanouk City/Province.

According to sources at the scene, two men were seen pushing the cart and placing the victim from the Ivan Restaurant in front of the Sikang Iyan Hospital. Local authorities said that the body was identified as A MAI, a 30-year-old Chinese national with an unspecified occupation, residing in Village 2, Sangkat No. 2, Preah Sihanouk City, Preah Sihanouk Province.

Authorities said that the two men who brought the victim's body to the hospital were: 1/ YE CHENQING, a 23-year-old Chinese national residing in Sampov Poun City, Kandal Province. 2/ CAI ZECHANG, male, 30 years old, Chinese, shopkeeper, residing in Phnom Penh.

According to the statements of YE CHENQING and CAI ZECHANG, they saw the victim fall in the bathroom of the restaurant Ivan after he felt nauseous. They went to the hospital to ask for  the medical staff and then took the victim to the hospital. When they arrived at the gate, the doctor checked and confirmed that the victim had died. The body has now been taken to the morgue of the Preah Sihanouk Provincial Referral Hospital, waiting for the technical and scientific authorities to inspect and conduct a forensic examination.   By: Jing Long

សមត្ថកិច្ចមូលដ្ឋានបានឱ្យដឹងថា  សាកសពឈ្មោះ A MAI ភេទប្រុស អាយុ៣០ឆ្នាំ ជនជាតិចិន មុខរបរមិនពិតប្រាកដ ស្នាក់នៅភូមិ២ សង្កាត់លេខ២ ក្រុងព្រះសីហនុ ខេត្តព្រះសីហនុ។

សមត្ថកិច្ចបានឱ្យដឹងទៀតថា បុរស២នាក់ដែលយកសាកសពជនរងគ្រោះមកមន្ទីរពេទ្យនេះ មានឈ្មោះ ៖

១/ ឈ្មោះ YE CHENQING ភេទប្រុស អាយុ២៣ឆ្នាំ ជនជាតិចិន មុខរបរទិញអីវ៉ាន់ ស្នាក់នៅក្រុងសំពៅពូន ខេត្តកណ្តាល។

២/ ឈ្មោះ CAI ZECHANG ភេទប្រុស អាយុ៣០ឆ្នាំ ជនជាតិចិន មុខរបរទិញអីវ៉ាន់ ស្នាក់នៅរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ។

យោងតាមការបំភ្លឺរបស់ឈ្មោះ YE CHENQING និងឈ្មោះ CAI ZECHANG បានឲ្យដឹងថា ពួកគេបានឃើញជនរងគ្រោះដួលនៅបន្ទប់ទឹកក្នុងភោជនីយដ្ឋាន អិវ័ន និងមានអាការៈក្អួតចង្អោរ ឃើញដូចនោះពួកគេក៏ដើរទៅកាន់មន្ទីរពេទ្យ ស៊ីកាងអ៉ីយាន ដើម្បីសុំហ្វ្រង់កា ពីបុគ្គលិកពេទ្យ រួចយកទៅដាក់ជនរងគ្រោះទៅមន្ទីរពេទ្យ ពេលដល់មុខក្លោងទ្វារ គ្រូពេទ្យបានពិនិត្យឃើញថា ជនរងគ្រោះបានដាច់ខ្យល់ស្លាប់បាត់ទៅហើយ។

ពេលនេះសាកសព បានដឹកយកទៅរក្សាទុកនៅសាលតម្កល់សពមន្ទីរពេទ្យបង្អែកខេត្តព្រះសីហនុ រង់ចាំសមត្ថកិច្ចជំនាញបច្ចេកទេសនិងវិទ្យាសាស្រ្ដចុះត្រួតពិនិត្យ ធ្វើកោសល្យវិច្ច័យ៕
